Founded in 1966, the PRSA Dayton Area Chapter has served the region's communications community for nearly 60 years. With about 80 active members and over 1,500 chapter followers representing corporate communications, agencies, nonprofits, government, and higher education, we are the Dayton area's leading network for PR, marketing, and communications professionals. Our chapter is part of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the nation's largest professional association for communicators, representing over 30,000 members nationwide. 

Throughout the year, PRSA Dayton hosts monthly professional development sessions and workshops, Media Day, the annual Gem City PR Awards, networking happy hours, and more, attracting members, hundreds of communications professionals, and PRSSA student members from across the Dayton region.
