2019.

What a year.

Tragedy and trauma impacted our community like never before. Crisis communication took on a whole new meaning for many. Yet, what we learned at the end of the day is that the Gem City truly is Dayton Strong. Love is more powerful than hate. Neighbors will be there for each other. This place we call home will not succumb to fear, but will rise up together to become something better and stronger.

All the change of the past year has inspired us to celebrate not only what’s best in public relations—but what’s best about our community. We are the Gem City and our annual communications awards program will reflect what’s best about the Miami Valley—its people. Stay tuned for more in the days to come.
