Google Analytics can sometimes feel like a never ending abyss of data. You may know the basics but where do you go from there? Join Mike Blackney, vice president of digital media from The Ohlmann Group, about how to take your basic skills and turn them into NINJA skills that will take your further with your analytics! You’ll learn how to use this data to measure your campaigns and provide your boss with actual results that they can use and report on! This session will also come in handy if you plan on submitting for a PRism award this year!
 
About Mike Blackney

As the Vice President of Digital Media, Mike employs his passionate curiosity to the world of digital media marketing. Having worked with hundreds of businesses consulting in the area online marketing, he is able to draw on a breadth of experiences across countless industries. Applying a unique blend of creative problem solving with tactical solutions makes for marketing with purpose, and that is where Mike feels right at home. Mike works with businesses in every area of digital media, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), display, online video, online radio, mobile, email marketing. He also works with clients on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social mediamarketing strategy, as well as reporting & analysis.

Originally from North Carolina, Mike graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Marketing & Advertising. A small school in the mountains of North Carolina, App State was the ideal location for someone like Mike who enjoys pretty much any outdoor activity. Fueling this relentless work/play life is an admitted addiction to Starbucks (black coffee) and the most eclectic music library ever created.

Cancellation Notice Policy
In an effort to manage the funds entrusted to us by our members, please be advised a cancellation notice must be given three (3) business days prior to an event. While we understand that plans and schedules change causing missed events, we are often held financially liable for the headcount we provide vendors and, as a non-profit, cannot absorb these charges. Invoices will be sent to individuals who register but don't pre-pay and provide sufficient cancellation notice. Registrants who are not able to cancel three (3) days prior to an event may send another individual from their company in their place. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
